Az egyetemekről ugyan nyelvvizsgával jönnek ki a frissen végzettek, de még a szakmailag magasan képzett alkalmazottakat tekintve is gyakran felmerül az igény, hogy nyelvileg képezzék őket. Aki valaha foglalkozott céges nyelvi képzésekkel, meg fogja erősíteni, hogy nem könnyű feladat a hatékony oktatás kivitelezése.
